1. General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 90jelly ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the 90jelly website, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
90jelly reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be given by publishing the updated terms on the 90jelly website. This Agreement is written in English and is the sole authoritative version. Any translations provided for convenience do not have legal standing. In the event of any inconsistency between English and any translated text, the English version shall prevail.
Important: 90jelly is an offshore online gaming platform. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remainder of the Agreement remains in full force and effect.
This Agreement governs all aspects of the Player's relationship with 90jelly, including but not limited to: account registration and management, deposits and withdrawals, bonus and promotional participation, use of casino games and sports betting features, and communications with the customer support team.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the 90jelly platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. 90jelly is strictly an adult-only platform. Players under 18 are absolutely prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any gaming activity on the platform.

This may include a copy of a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Accounts that cannot satisfy age verification requirements will be suspended pending resolution, and any winnings accrued during the period of non-verification may be withheld.
By creating an account and using the 90jelly platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the eligibility criteria stated above. False representation of your eligibility, including misrepresentation of your age, constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
Parents and guardians are reminded of their responsibility to prevent underage individuals from accessing online gambling platforms. 90jelly recommends the use of parental control software on shared devices and urges all account holders to keep their login credentials strictly confidential to prevent unauthorised access by minors.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Registration Requirements
To access the full functionality of 90jelly — including depositing funds, placing wagers, and withdrawing winnings — you must create a registered account. Registration is free and open to all eligible individuals. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a contact number.
3.2 One Account Policy

The operation of multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, different mobile numbers, or different device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. 90jelly uses technical and operational controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended and the player will be required to consolidate to a single verified account. Bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be forfeited in their entirety.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 90jelly will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 90jelly immediately by contacting support at support@90jelly or via the live chat function. 90jelly will investigate the matter and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending the account pending investigation.
3.4 Account Information Updates
You are obligated to keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. In the event that any of your registered details change — including your contact number, email address, or payment method details — you must update your account profile promptly. Failure to maintain accurate account information may impede the processing of withdrawals and may result in account verification delays.
Know Your Customer (KYC): 90jelly reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at the point of registration, at first withdrawal, and at any subsequent withdrawal above a specified threshold. KYC documentation may include government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of ownership of payment methods used. Prompt cooperation with KYC requests is a condition of continued account access.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
90jelly accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods, all denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on your location, account status, and the current operational status of each payment provider. 90jelly reserves the right to add or remove payment methods without prior notice.
4.2 Deposit Limits
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction for mobile wallet payment methods. Higher minimum deposits may apply to card-based payment methods. There is no specified maximum deposit limit under these terms, though individual transaction limits imposed by your payment provider (e.g., bKash daily transaction caps) may apply independently of 90jelly's own limits. Players who have set voluntary deposit limits via the responsible gaming tools will be subject to those self-imposed limits.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals are available to verified account holders whose account balance reflects settled, withdrawable funds. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to fund the account, subject to KYC verification of ownership.
- Bonus funds and any winnings derived from wagering bonus funds are subject to the applicable bonus wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.
- Withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours for mobile wallet methods. Card-based withdrawals may take longer depending on the issuing bank's processing timelines.
- 90jelly reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large withdrawal amounts or where account activity has triggered a risk review.
- Withdrawals to accounts that have not completed KYC verification may be delayed or suspended until verification is completed satisfactorily.
4.4 Declined Transactions
90jelly is not responsible for transaction failures arising from insufficient funds in your payment account, payment provider downtime, daily transaction limit caps imposed by your mobile wallet provider, or bank-level restrictions on gambling-related transactions. In the event that a deposit is debited from your payment method but does not credit to your 90jelly account within a reasonable timeframe, you should contact support at support@90jelly with your transaction reference number for investigation.
Currency Note: All transactions on 90jelly are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote BDT amounts. No currency conversion is applied at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process for Bangladeshi players using local payment methods.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
90jelly offers a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 to eligible new players who complete registration and make a qualifying first deposit. The welcome bonus is subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated on the promotions page at the time of the deposit. New players are encouraged to review the current welcome bonus terms before making their first deposit, as specific multipliers, minimum deposit thresholds, and eligible game contributions may apply.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
All bonuses issued on 90jelly are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover requirements"). The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before any bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal. Specific wagering multipliers are stated on the relevant promotion page. The following general rules apply to bonus wagering:
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live dealer games, sports betting, and certain table games may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10%–20%) or may not contribute at all.
- Bets placed on games with a Return to Player (RTP) above a specified threshold (typically 97%) may be excluded from bonus wagering contribution.
- Wagering must be completed within the validity period stated on the promotion. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are met will be cancelled, and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
- The maximum bet allowed when wagering a bonus is ৳1,000 per spin or per bet, unless the promotion terms specify otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in bonus cancellation and forfeiture of associated winnings.
5.3 Promotional Abuse
90jelly operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, systematic low-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to clear bonus requirements with minimal risk exposure, the use of automated betting software, and collusion with other players. Where promotional abuse is detected, 90jelly reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend the account.
5.4 General Promotional Terms
90jelly reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or replace any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for recreational players. Where a promotion is time-limited, the deadline stated on the promotion page is final. Players must opt in to promotions in the manner specified — failure to opt in correctly may result in ineligibility for the promotional reward.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are expressly prohibited on the 90jelly platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the suspension or permanent termination of your account, the forfeiture of any account balance, and may result in legal action where applicable:
- Underage gambling: Accessing the platform if you are under 18 years of age, or assisting a minor in accessing the platform.
- Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account on 90jelly, whether under the same or different personal details.
- Identity fraud: Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration, KYC, or at any other point in your account relationship with 90jelly.
- Money laundering: Using the 90jelly platform for the purpose of laundering funds of illegal origin. All suspicious financial activity is reported in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering frameworks.
- Cheating and collusion: Attempting to gain an unfair advantage in any game through collusion with other players, manipulation of game software, exploitation of technical errors, or use of artificial intelligence or automated betting tools.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your payment provider in respect of a deposit made to 90jelly. Chargeback fraud is treated as theft and will result in immediate account termination and legal proceedings.
- Abusive behaviour: Engaging in threatening, harassing, or abusive conduct directed at 90jelly staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel.
- Exploitation of technical errors: Knowingly taking advantage of any system error, software malfunction, or pricing error to place bets or claim winnings that would not have been available in normal circumstances. Winnings arising from such exploitation will be voided.
Anti-Money Laundering: 90jelly is committed to maintaining a platform free from financial crime. We reserve the right to request documentation regarding the source of funds deposited to any account at any time. Accounts that cannot provide satisfactory source-of-funds information may have their withdrawals delayed or refused and may be reported to relevant authorities.
7. Account Closure & Suspension
7.1 Voluntary Closure
You may close your 90jelly account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or at support@90jelly. Prior to account closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Real-money funds remaining in your account balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard verification requirements. Bonus balances and free spin credits will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
7.2 Suspension by 90jelly
90jelly reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gaming Policy.
- Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
- Operation of multiple accounts in violation of the One Account Policy.
- Chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the player against 90jelly.
- Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.
- A request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or payment provider.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 90jelly will attempt to notify the account holder via their registered email address. During a suspension, the player may not access the platform, place wagers, or process withdrawals. If the investigation resolves in the player's favour, the suspension will be lifted and access restored. If the investigation confirms a breach, the account will be permanently closed and the balance outcome determined based on the nature of the breach.
7.3 Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to exclude themselves from the 90jelly platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of between 24 hours and six months, or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted via the responsible gaming settings in your account or by contacting support. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended, all promotional communications will cease, and you will not be able to log in or reverse the exclusion until the period expires. 8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Platform Availability
90jelly endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) peak hours. However, the platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 90jelly does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, civil unrest, or actions of governmental authorities.
8.2 Gambling Losses
Gambling involves financial risk. By using 90jelly, you acknowledge that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit. 90jelly accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred on the platform, provided that the games have been conducted fairly and in accordance with the rules governing each game. The outcomes of all RNG-based games are determined by certified random number generation processes and cannot be influenced by 90jelly or by players.
8.3 Technical Errors
In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or software fault that results in an incorrectly displayed game outcome, incorrect odds, or an incorrect credit to a player's account, 90jelly reserves the right to void the affected bet or transaction and restore the account to its correct pre-error state. 90jelly will not be liable to any player for losses arising from the correction of such errors. Players who receive an erroneous credit to their account are obligated to notify support immediately and must not wager funds they know to have been credited in error.
8.4 Third-Party Content
The games available on 90jelly are provided by third-party software suppliers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. While 90jelly takes reasonable steps to ensure that third-party content meets applicable quality and fairness standards, 90jelly does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any third-party game content and accepts no liability for errors, interruptions, or failures in third-party game software.
8.5 Aggregate Liability Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 90jelly's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from your use of 90jelly should be raised in the first instance with the customer support team at support@90jelly. 90jelly will endeavour to resolve all disputes within a reasonable timeframe. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate the matter through the dispute escalation process described in your account settings. This Agreement and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by applicable law.
